With Chimera Voice we offer 4 primary service levels or seat packages.

Gold Seat - Highest seat package
This includes everything from the Silver Seat, but also gives you access to a softphone, which allows users to place and receive calls from any smartphone or PC. This seat also allows for sending and receiving text messages! It does not require an end user to have a physical phone. It can all be done using the softphone.
Silver Seat - Standard seat package
This is the most common and includes unlimited local and long-distance calling and the majority of the common calling features.
Bronze Seat - Basic seat package
Includes a basic local calling plan and call logs. This seat package is typically used for break room phones, telephone entry systems and any other phone or device that only requires a basic calling plan.
Fax Seat
Traditional fax options utilizing an existing fax machine. We also provide eFax which is sent and received through a PC and linked to each user's email. Individual eFax for each user or a group eFax that can be checked by a group of users.
