With 17 years of experience in healthcare technology, Frost brings extensive expertise in designing and implementing critical systems that support patient care, staff safety, and operational efficiency. In his new role, he will focus on helping hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and correctional facilities identify and deploy innovative technologies tailored to their unique needs.

Frost began his healthcare technology career in 2009 as a healthcare technician before transitioning into sales engineering, where he spent the majority of his career advising healthcare organizations on communication and life-safety technologies. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, he worked in the IT networking field.
Throughout his career, Frost has specialized in: Nurse Call Systems, Infant Protection Systems, Asset Tracking Solutions, Staff Duress Systems, Access Control, and Video Surveillance.
Among his many accomplishments, Frost played a significant role in expanding the adoption of Jeron nurse call systems across New York State. He was instrumental in introducing these solutions to numerous healthcare organizations, helping facilities modernize their communication infrastructure and improve patient care delivery.
Notable healthcare projects throughout his career include installations and system replacements at Rome Health, Oswego Hospital, Chenango Memorial Hospital, Schuyler Hospital, and Coxsackie Correctional Facility. Many of these projects evolved into long-term partnerships and continued system expansions, demonstrating the trust healthcare organizations placed in Frost's expertise and customer-focused approach.
